Bingo Board The Foothill Music Program has been given the unique opportunity to donate our time and earn funds for the band. We will be supporting the local bingo hall with volunteer hours, in term getting donations for that time. This will be a year round fundraising opportunity that happen on Saturday nights at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. Managed by the Capital District Celtic Cultural Association (CDCCA), Celtic Hall is located at 430 New Karner Road in Colonie, NY, and was established to serve as a central location for Celtic education, performances, athletics and other cultural activities.

Like many nonprofits and businesses at this time, Celtic Hall is partly re-opened, in accordance with New York State’s guidelines. Some organizations are using the Hall for rehearsals — contact each organization for more details.
